Dynamic Process Management

Dynamic Process Management (DPM) is designed to meet the need for a preparation-centric approach to change.

The primary research, carried out over a two year period and involving 1,400 companies in Europe and the USA, concluded that successful programmes of change put preparation at the top of their agendas and in so doing gain significant advantages over those that don’t.

DPM was created to complement commonly-used project management methods such as Prince 2, to enhance software development approaches such as RUP (Rational Unified Process), to provide valuable input to governance procedures and tools and to drive all aspects of communication. DPM was designed to integrate with existing mechanisms, not to replace them. It's a “light touch” system, flexible and modular, and can be applied rapidly.

DPM generates tangible outputs which are used to drive governance, delivery and communication.
