David joined us in 2008 to build and develop a dedicated QA & Testing practice. The practice is now firmly established as a key discipline within Rule's 'Delivery' function and in addition to being head of that practice, David sits on the delivery management team overseeing the ongoing development of all other disciplines. David has worked in the QA & Testing field for over 25 years within financial institutions and consultancies such as IBM and Keane. Outside of Rule, he sits on the UK Testing Board with responsibility for the development of all ISTQB foundation and advanced examinations.
