David joined Rule Financial in 2004 and is Executive Director. His leadership ensures that the advice and services we offer to the world's leading investment banks helps them: improve productivity, manage risk, lower costs, and deliver competitive advantage. David has worked in City consultancy and IT services for over 25 years, since graduating from Cambridge. Prior to Rule Financial, he worked for 12 years at Terence Chapman Associates (TCA) where he was a Board member.
