Specialist in Change Management and IT

Leon is a programme manager, specialising in change
management and IT systems integration. He joined us in 2004 and is currently engaged on a business integration programme at a leading, global investment bank. He has worked in a programme / project management capacity in the securities finance, corporate lending, credit risk and finance functions within various global investment banks. Prior to that, he worked on enterprise resource planning (ERP) programmes in the aerospace and defence, manufacturing and retail sectors.
