Simon joined Rule Financial in 2006 and was appointed to run the Performance tuning practice. He is now responsible for the service management discipline delivering business focused technology projects. 

Prior to Rule Financial, Simon worked at various financial organisations including Bank of America, Fidelity Investments, Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank where he gained extensive knowledge of financial systems technology.
