The Idef0 Model (Operating Model) supports a number of key design elements; Inputs (triggers), Outputs, Controls, Resources. It also manages and ensures consistency of granularity of the process model. The Idef0 Model acts as the Business Blueprint and the boundaries set out the scope of the model.
