Rule Attends Tech Track Celebration
CEO Marcus Rule and FD Patrick Gracey attended the 8th annual Awards Dinner on Tuesday evening, following Rule's success in returning to the Sunday Times/Microsoft ”Tech Track 100″ league table of privately owned technology companies. The venue was Vinopolis just south of the Thames.

After dinner, which featured a duck breastsalad with chilli jam, fillet steak on pumpkin mash and an orange and passion fruit tart for dessert, guests heard a thought-provoking keynote speech by Dr Mike Lynch, founder and chief executive of software provider Autonomy plc. Dr Lynch summarised his rise to a FTSE 100 company and reflected on the important role of innovative, fast-growing technology companies in boosting the recovery from the current economic downturn. He urged the audience to embrace the challenges of these difficult times.
