As a Support Team Lead for Global One your role will entail:

• Regular communication with key client stakeholders
• Improving the service for the client, through implementation of best practices and end to end quality approach
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting support issues
• Managing development projects priorities and deliveries
• Managing and motivating the team to ensure client commitments and SLA s are met, creating a strong culture and work ethic focussed on success
• Protecting Production system through rigorous support and User Acceptance Testing

Required Skills

• Experienced in leading and managing a team
• Strong client facing and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task across several concurrent projects
• Experienced IT professional with Support background and technical skill
• Project management experience includes experience of planning, change management, release and configuration management, handling diverse and multiple deliverables
• Global 1 Support or development experience
• Knowledge of banking and finance sector

Required technologies

The candidate should have experience in one or more of the following:

• Unidata, Perl, Java, SQL, Korn Shell & Scripting, Unix/Solaris, MQ, Autosys, Jira, Quality Centre and Remedy
