DAVID BLADES heads the new division for Rule Financial.  Prior to joining Rule, David ran the UK and Europe Testing Practice for Keane Inc. and before that was one of the few senior test consultants for IBM UK. He has over 25 years of QA & Testing experience covering all industry domains, but with a specialisation in Financial Services and banking in particular. Externally, David has held positions on the committee of the BCS Specialist Interest Group in Software Testing (SIGIST) and has been a member of the ISEB board.
